1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using FixMyTea or any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Use, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use FixMyTea or any related services.
2. Service Description
FixMyTea provides tools, resources, and advisory services designed to help users monitor, manage, and attempt to improve or mitigate their online reputation, including but not limited to the Tea app. We may offer sentiment monitoring, content flag alerts, review placements, profile audits, appeal/removal advisory, and related services. FixMyTea is an independent service and is not endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with Tea or any other third-party platform.
3. User Eligibility and Responsibilities
You must be 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are solely responsible for your use of FixMyTea, including all activities under your account, and any content or data you provide.
You agree not to use FixMyTea for any unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
You acknowledge that using FixMyTea services may violate the Terms of Service of third-party platforms, including Tea, and you assume full responsibility and all associated risks.
You agree not to use FixMyTea to harass, threaten, or cause harm to any individual or entity, or to promote, encourage, or facilitate such behavior.
You warrant that any information you provide is true, complete, and belongs to you or that you have express permission to use it.
4. No Guarantee of Results
FixMyTea provides reputation management tools and advisory services only. We make absolutely no warranties, promises, or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the effectiveness, timeliness, results, or outcomes of any service, including but not limited to content removal, profile improvement, sentiment changes, or reputation restoration. All results depend on factors outside our control, including third-party platforms, their policies, and other external actors.
5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
By purchasing or subscribing to any FixMyTea service, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method on a recurring basis unless you cancel before your next billing cycle. All fees and payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable under all circumstances, including partial use, dissatisfaction, or lack of results. We reserve the right to modify service pricing and plans at any time, with changes posted on our website.
6. Indemnification
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FixMyTea, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, settlements, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use or misuse of FixMyTea; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any content or information you submit; (d) any alleged or actual infringement, violation, or breach of any law, regulation, or third-party right (including but not limited to the Tea app's Terms of Service); (e) any actions or claims made by any third party, including but not limited to the Tea app or its users.
7. Disclaimers
FixMyTea is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or reliability. We do not warrant that the site or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. You use FixMyTea entirely at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FixMyTea and its affiliates, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of profits, reputational harm, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) FixMyTea—even if advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the cause of action.
9. Third-Party Platforms
FixMyTea is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the Tea app or any other third-party platform. Use of FixMyTea services may violate the Terms of Service or policies of such platforms. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the rules, terms, and risks associated with third-party platforms. FixMyTea assumes no liability for your use of third-party services, nor for any actions taken against you by such platforms, including but not limited to warnings, account suspensions, removals, bans, or loss of access.
10. Legal & Compliance
FixMyTea is committed to operating in full compliance with the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable laws governing any platform, including Tea. Our Post Removal Service is strictly a legitimate appeal process for removing posts that contain false information, defamatory statements, or violations of platform policies.
No Unauthorized Access: We never log in to Tea or any other platform on behalf of our clients.
Real Users Only: All appeals are made by verified, real users who already have accounts on the platform.
Evidence-Based Appeals: We only proceed with an appeal if there is clear supporting evidence that the post contains false or defamatory claims or violates platform rules.
Platform-Approved Process: Appeals are submitted using the platform's own reporting tools and moderation channels.
No Review Manipulation: We do not create, alter, or fabricate reviews, posts, or flags. Our role is to guide clients and their trusted contacts through a structured, rights-based request for removal.
By working within these boundaries, FixMyTea ensures our services are transparent, compliant, and defensible, both to clients and to the platforms we work alongside.
11. Prohibited Conduct
Do not use bots, scripts, automation, fake profiles, or any non-human method to interact with FixMyTea.
Do not impersonate others, provide false information, or misrepresent your relationship with any person or platform.
No uploading, sharing, or distributing of content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable.
No use of FixMyTea to violate, circumvent, or attempt to circumvent any law, regulation, or the terms of any third-party platform, including the Tea app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules at our sole discretion, without refund or notice.
12. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on FixMyTea, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, service names, and software, are the exclusive property of FixMyTea and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.
13. Privacy

14. Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to FixMyTea or any part of our services at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, including for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use FixMyTea will immediately cease. No refunds will be provided for any terminated or suspended accounts.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FixMyTea operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of FixMyTea shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.
16. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FixMyTea regarding your use of the services, superseding all prior agreements or understandings.
17. Changes to Terms
FixMyTea reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time. We will post changes on this page, and your continued use of FixMyTea constitutes your acceptance of any modifications.
